Wear-resistant thermocouple sleeves adopt metal sleeve surface hardening treatment, including surfacing, spray welding and spraying of cemented carbide, etc., to increase the surface hardness and wear resistance, and can also use integral casting wear-resistant head. It can be used in wear-resistant places containing solid particle media such as oil refining catalytic devices, circulating fluidized beds, boiling furnaces, coal mill outlets and cement industry.
