• lt is suitable for temperature measurement of rotary kiln. When the rotary kilin is running, the kiln body needsto keep rotating, and the thermometer signals such as thermocouples cannot be transmitted in the form of cablesThe wireless temperature measurement system of our company can transmit the temperature measurementsignal remotely. it adopts the advanced carrier sensing frequency band multiplexing technology (CSMA), whichcan automatically detect the conflict of transmitted data and automatically coordinate the transmission time ofdifferent devices. lt can support 248 pairs ofdevices sharing the same frequency band.
• Wireless temperature measurement system is composed of wireless transmitter and receiver. The wirelesstransmiter can be eauipped with thermocouples ofK,E, S, B, R, etc, or Pt100 thermal resistor signals. Thewireless ransmiter adopts ultra-low power consumption design, built-in rechargeable lithium battery, andcan adiust the automatic transmission interval. The longest can be used continuously for several years.
• The transmitter adopts metal sealing shell, which has the characteristics of waterproof, dustproof, andelectromagnetic interference prevention. Wireless transmission range (straight line): 300m (without buildingshelter).
• The wireless receiver has the function of field display,lt can also be connected with the muli-channelwirelessjunction box. The multi-channel temperature display, alarm and other functions can be realized through the mastelcomputer, The communication protocol of the instrument follows Modbus RTU and RS485 communication function.and the communication address ofmaster computer position can be set.
